Linking to a specific topic will allow the end-user to navigate to that particular topic by clicking the link. To create a link to a specific topic:
- Provide the link text. This field is not enabled if you have already selected the text in the topic editor
- Choose which topic to link to by selecting it in the hierarchy
- Optionally choose the topic's anchor to link to
